転職の流れ

転職活動は2月の半ばから始めた。

リクルートエージェント(RA)に登録して履歴書、職務経歴書などを書いて

それをもとにエージェントさんと電話で相談し、方向性や条件を絞り込んでいく。

1人でやっているよりか二人三脚でやっている感覚でとても心強かった。

2月は求人のピークだったらしく

少しでも気になる企業があればイイねボタンを押していってくださいと言われたので

100社ぐらいイイねを送った。

そのうち10社ぐらい書類選考が通って

2社最終面接まで通って

1社内定がでた。

2週間東京に出張に行ってたのも考慮すると

2ヶ月かからないぐらいだったかな

面接もオンラインが多いし

有給をとらずに転職活動ができたので

体力面でしんどいことはなかったかも

画像の本は転職の始めに読んだ本なんだけど

転職を考えていようがなかろうが全ての人におすすめできる本なので

ぜひ読んでみることをお勧めします。

I started job hunting from middle of February.

Signed up Recruit Agent(RA) and fulfill resume.

Agent check this resume and tell me on the phone about  conditions and direction.

This was really encouraging me. I still can't believe this was free.

February is the best season for job hunting.

Most of company opens employment opportunities.

Agent told me "If you got some interested, just push Nice bottom."

So I sent Nice one hundred times.

I passed ten companies paper selection.

And got two last interview selection.

Finally, I got an informal appointment.

Considering about two weeks business tour in Tokyo.

Almost 2 months, it had been.

Now a days, interview selection is online. It don't need take day off.

So fiscally, It was easier than I thought.

Sum nails book is what I read before job hunting.

I really recommend all of person who think about job hunting or not.
